Advance Chatbot - Engage Customers with ChatBots

Installation Guidance

Installation version 3.x

Extract the zip file.open the 3.x & 2.3x folder.Upload the advancechatbot.ocmod.zip file from Extensions > Installer.

Refresh the Modifications from Extensions > Modifications.

Please grant the permission to the user groups.

You will see Advance Chatbot menu on left side.

Then Go to Advance Chatbot > Settings.

Installation version 2.3x & 2.x

Extract the zip file.open the 2.3x/2.x folder.Upload admin folder to your server from the "Upload" folder.
Upload the install.ocmod.xml file from Extension Installer.

Refresh the Modifications from Extensions > Modifications.

Please grant the permission to the user groups.

You will see Advance Chatbot menu on left side.

Then Go to Advance Chatbot > Settings.

Extension Configuration

Enable the module status and add profile image, enable fields, select consent status.

Enable the columns.

Add email subject and mesage when admin receive any inquiry.

Create each scenario questions.

Create multiple scenario.

Add scenario title, description, choose questions etc.

Customer inquiry list
