Upload the meadvancewishlist.ocmod.zip file from Extensions > Installer. Click on install Then Go to Extensions > Modules.You will see the Advance Wishlist module.Click on Intall. After successful install You can configure the settings as per your requirements. After that go to Design > Layouts > Home. Add the advance wishlist module.
