Extract the zip file.open the 3.x folder.Upload the countryzonemanager.ocmod.zip file from Extensions > Installer. Refresh the Modifications from Extensions > Modifications. Please grant the permission to the user groups. Then Go to System.You will see the Country & Zone Manager menu. After successful install You can configure the settings as per your requirements.
