Upload the facebookpixelcatalog.ocmod.zip file from Extensions > Installer. Refresh the Modifications from Extensions > Modifications. Then Go to Extensions > Modules.You will see the Facebook Pixel & Catalog module.Click on Intall. After successful install You can configure the settings as per your requirements.

Extract the zip file.open the 2.3x/2.x folder.Upload admin,catalog folder to your server from the "Upload" folder.

1.Enable the module status.
2. Add the facebook pixel id.
3. Enable the tracking events. Create unlimited feeds. Add feed name, select currency, language, categories, manufacturers etc. After create you will see the xml URL. Use it for single & bulk upload to facebook feeds. Sync the Store categories with google categories. Choose the category and click on the check button. Sync the Store categories with facebook categories. Choose the category and click on the check button.
